Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

First and Foremost, We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our clothing being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.

For defective items: Please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items.

Please note that all our products are CUSTOM MADE, We only offer in store credit for returns in order for you to place a new order for an alternate size or product.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As a result of running a ‘handcrafted to order’ business model, we can only offer cancellations within 24 hours after your order has been placed. For more information, please email [email protected]

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial credit may be granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or not due to our error, or you contacted us 15 days after delivery is not eligible for a credit.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any orders shipped outside of the United States. If the item is defective or damaged, we will honour a return, in store credit or send a replacement. 
Products must be unused and in a brand new condition. If the product is used or damaged, we will not accept it back. This includes visible signs of use including stains, perfume, scents, etc. We will not reimburse you for shipping fees.

If the return is due to an error of ours, we will accept responsibility for the shipping costs related to the return. If the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.

Refund / Exchange / Return Request
– All products will be sent back once in case of loss caused by the carrier, some orders you have to pick up at the local post office, if you do not contact to receive the products, we will not responsible.
– We only accept refunds if you don’t receive the item after the 2nd return.
– Refunds we accept will be resolved within 15-20 days. After we review and agree to refund.

*Include a Printed copy or Photo of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your items that were ordered.
